QUICK LESSONS:
Ask God for His blessing .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of asking Allah for blessings instead of wishing someone to have many sons. It was narrated by 'Aqil bin Abu Talib, who married a woman from Banu Jusham and they said "May you live in harmony and have many sons". He replied by saying that it would be better to say what the Messenger of Allah said which was "Allahumma barik lahum wa barik 'alaihim" which translates to "O Allah, bless them and bestow blessings upon them". This hadith teaches us that we should always ask Allah for His blessings instead of making wishes or assumptions on our own. We should also remember that all good comes from Him alone.
