QUICK LESSONS:
Strive to be your true self, Remain steadfast in your beliefs & values

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by 'Ali states that the Prophet Muhammad cursed those who change the appearance of things and those who are changed for them. This could refer to people changing their physical appearances or changing their behavior in order to please others. The Prophet's curse is a reminder that we should not be so easily influenced by others or try to fit in with society's standards. We should instead strive to be our true selves and remain steadfast in our beliefs and values. It is important to remember that Allah knows best what is right for us and it is only through His guidance that we can find true happiness.
