Marriage of the Prophet and Umm Salamah

SUMMARY: The Prophet married Umm Salamah and consummated the marriage in Shawwal.

It was narrated from 'Abdul-Malik bin Harith bin Hisham, from his father, that: the Prophet married Umm Salamah in Shawwal, and consummated the marriage with her in Shawwal.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ـ رضي الله عنه ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ ـ تَزَوَّجَ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ فِي شَوَّالٍ وَجَمَعَهَا إِلَيْهِ فِي شَوَّالٍ
