Marriage After Postnatal Bleeding

SUMMARY: The Prophet advised Subai'ah to get married when her postnatal bleeding ended.

It was narrated from Miswar bin Makhramah that: the Prophet told Subai'ah to get married, when her postnatal bleeding ended.
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ ـ أَمَرَ سُبَيْعَةَ أَنْ تَنْكِحَ إِذَا تَعَلَّتْ مِنْ نِفَاسِهَا

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of marriage in Islam and the advice given by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to Subai'ah. After a woman gives birth, she experiences post-partum bleeding which can last for up to 40 days. During this time, it is recommended that she does not engage in any sexual activity or get married until her bleeding has stopped completely. Once her bleeding has stopped, it is then recommended that she gets married as soon as possible so that she can fulfill her religious obligations and be taken care of by a husband. This hadith also highlights the importance of following the advice given by the Prophet ﷺ and taking his words seriously.
