QUICK LESSONS:
Exercise purposefully with intentionality

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of exercise and how it can be done in a meaningful way. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ demonstrated this by walking briskly three times and then walking normally four times from the Hijr to the Hijr. This shows that exercise can be done in a purposeful manner that is beneficial for both physical and spiritual health. It also teaches us that we should strive to make our actions meaningful rather than just going through motions without any thought or intention behind them. By doing so, we can ensure that our actions are beneficial for ourselves as well as those around us.
