The Benefits of Salt

SUMMARY: Salt is the best seasoning.

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah said: 'The best of your seasonings is salt".
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ أَبِي عِيسَى، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، - أُرَاهُ مُوسَى - عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ـ ‏ "‏ سَيِّدُ إِدَامِكُمُ الْمِلْحُ
