Eating Habits of the Prophet Muhammad

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) never found fault with food and would either eat it or leave it depending on his inclination.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah never found fault with food. If he had inclination to eating it, he would eat; and if he disliked it, he would leave it. Al-Bukhari and Muslim.
وعن أبى هريرة رضى الله عنه قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ما عاب رسول الله طعاماً قط، إن اشتهاه أكله، وإن كرهه تركه‏"‏ ‏.‏ ((متفق عليه))
