The Rewards of Umrah and Hajj

SUMMARY: The performance of 'Umrah is an expiation for the sins committed between it and the previous 'Umrah, and Hajj Mabrur will be rewarded with Jannah.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah said, "(The performance of) 'Umrah is an expiation for the sins committed between it and the previous 'Umrah; and the reward of Hajj Mabrur (ie, one accepted) is nothing but Jannah". Al-Bukhari and Muslim.
وعنه أن رسول الله قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏العمرة إلى العمرة كفارة لما بينهما، والحج المبرور ليس له جزاء إلا الجنة‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the rewards of performing Umrah and Hajj. It states that performing 'Umrah is an expiation for any sins committed between it and the previous 'Umrah. Additionally, if a person performs a successful Hajj, they will be rewarded with Jannah or Paradise. These two acts are highly encouraged in Islam as they are seen as great acts of worship to Allah SWT.
