EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of seeking forgiveness from Allah and repenting for our sins. It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said he sought Allah's pardon and turned to Him in repentance more than seventy times a day. This shows us how important it is to seek forgiveness from Allah for our wrongdoings as it is something that the Prophet himself did on a daily basis. We should also strive to turn away from our sins in order to become closer to God. By doing this we can hope for His mercy and blessings in this life and the hereafter.
