Choosing the Easier Option and Taking Revenge for Allah's Sake

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) would always choose the easier option as long as it was not sinful, and he would take revenge for Allah's sake when His legal bindings were outraged.

'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: Whenever the Prophet was given a choice between two matters, he would (always) choose the easier as long as it was not sinful to do so; but if it was sinful he was most strict in avoiding it. He never took revenge upon anybody for his own sake; but when Allah's Legal Bindings were outraged, he would take revenge for Allah's sake. Al- Bukhari and Muslim.

QUICK LESSONS:
Choose the easier option if it is not sinful and take action to protect God’s laws if they are violated or outraged .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that we should always strive to make our lives easier by choosing the simpler option, so long as it is not sinful. We should also remember that if we witness any injustice or violation of God's laws, we must take action in order to protect them. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was a great example of this, as he never took revenge upon anybody for his own sake but only when God's laws were violated. He showed us that justice is an important part of faith and must be upheld at all times.
