Be kind to your children, Take care of your husband's property

This hadith speaks about the virtues of the women from the tribe of Quraish. It is narrated by Abu Huraira that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that “The best women among the camel riders, are the women of Quraish”. He further added that “The righteous among them are those who are kind to their young ones and who look after their husband's property”. This hadith teaches us about how important it is to be kind and caring towards our children as well as taking care of our husband’s property. It also shows us how highly regarded these qualities were in society during Prophet Muhammad ﷺ time, so much so that he praised a whole tribe for having such qualities in its members. We can learn from this hadith that kindness and responsibility should be valued highly in any society or family, no matter what era we live in today.
