QUICK LESSONS:
Remain patient even during difficult times and trust in God's plan .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about Khabbab, a companion of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He was branded with seven brands on his abdomen as punishment for being a Muslim. Despite this suffering, he still held onto his faith in Allah and His Messenger ﷺ. When Qais came to visit him, he heard Khabbab saying that if the Prophet ﷺ hadn't forbidden them from invoking Allah for death then he would have done so himself. This shows us that even in times of great difficulty and pain we should remain patient and trust in God's plan for us. We should also remember that we are not allowed to ask or wish for death as it is something only God can decide when it will happen to each one of us.
