All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad (saw) is His slave and Messenger. We are not aware of any evidence from The Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Prophet (saw) which prohibits a non-Muslim from drinking ZamZam water or eating the dates from Madeenah. Indeed, there were non-Muslims in Makkah and Madeenah but, as far as we know, it was not reported that he (saw) prevented them from drinking ZamZam water or eating the dates from Madeenah.
