Question 38610: What is the ruling when a wife ask for khula when she is distress emotionally and not thinkly clearing, cause she really upset with her husband. So she asks for that the husband don't fully understand what that is and the wife explain to him briefly. He is also very upset with her. He says he doesn't want any money from her, so she ask do you accept this and he only nods yes, she asked again and he only nods yes, she then said ok tomorrow in front of my family you can say we are over and you agreed to this. the next morning she was sorry and looked on the Internet and realise she can't take back what she said, he asked him that she didnt want this and he didn't want this only doing what she asked. Not what he wanted. They have been married for 9 years and have 1 child. The wife fully didn't understand the term of khula and thought she can take it back if she changes her mind.
