As most would agree, not every site
on the Web is a champion. But those that are deserve the occasional parade. This is that
parade.
We've been reviewing all year, not just in the back of the magazine, but in our
features and our special sections. In this issue, we step back, take another look, and
march out the best of the best, organized into task-oriented categories. The best 98 for
'98.
And yes, we'll pick 99 for '99. As for the year after that, well, everyone's got their
own Y2K problem. That's ours.
