ORANGE, CA - October 14, 2026 - The Islamic Shura Council of Southern California (ISCSC) and IslamiCity Academy (ICA) have announced a new Muslim Education Partnership designed to make affordable, high-quality academic and Islamic education more accessible to Muslim families throughout Southern California.
Representing approximately 80 mosques and Muslim organizations, ISCSC will collaborate with IslamiCity Academy to introduce ICA programs to Islamic centers, schools, and families across its network.
The partnership combines ISCSC's strong community network with the experience of IslamiCity, which has served Muslim communities for more than three decades in making authentic Islamic knowledge accessible worldwide.
"Our mission is to support every family in our community, including those unable to send their children to traditional full-time schools. Through this partnership, we offer flexible online classes that provide parents with a feasible, accessible pathway to quality education that fits their daily lives. We hope this additional option keeps our children deeply rooted in their local community," said Masoud Nassimi, Interim Executive Director of ISCSC.
"Every Muslim family deserves access to affordable, high-quality education," said Mohammed Abdul Aleem, Co-founder of IslamiCity and CEO of HADI. "This partnership brings together ISCSC's community reach and ICA's educational platform to make quality academics and Islamic education more accessible."
