Sister,

I do not believe those are the causes, but also look at your stress level and sleep cycles.  These can severly affect your menstration.  Also, I went 3 years undiagnosed for my PCOS.  Have they done an internal ultrasound?  That's how mine was found.

(On my front, they biopsied on Friday, I should know the results on Thursday or Friday of this week)

uhfff.. so should i take hormones(contraceptives) anyway? stress? who on earth does not have stress? everyone does. but only me do not have menstration as every normal girl :(. i don't have holidays in prayers every month like every normal muslim girl:(. i feel myself a male by doing 5time prayers continously, without any rest every month:( hehe:P. so i'm afraid to think of marriage.

Well, some of the most painful problems can be treated with dosages of contraceptives.  They can force your cycles to regulate.  My doctor had me on contraceptives for about 2 years before I became sexually active.  As long as I was a verifiable virgin my insurance covered the BCPs as treatments for my endometriosis (I know I butchered that spelling).

Stress is a big factor.  Do Tai Chi, Yoga, or as one friend likes to do, Dikhr Walks.  She goes for a walk and recites the names of Allah until she reaches 500, then returns, by the time she's arrived at home, she's done 1000....she always feels much more at peace afterwards.

Also, Bubble Baths....long bubble baths with scented candles, music or peaceful sounds like those Nature CDs.....take at least 30 minutes to an hour of me time everyday (easier done without kids. or siblings around)

Tai Chi can be done fully clothed and you don't have to worry about men gawking...and there are alot of women's only Yoga and Pilatte's classes.

Well, I got my results from the Biopsy.....no cancer.  They aren't quite sure yet what exactly is causing it, but its benign.  Alhamdulilah!

Thank you for all your prayers and support.  Its been rough, but now I can look onto July and my visit with the fertility specialist without worry.

Tell me about it.  Just last night, I asked my husband if he would still find me attractive if I had a masectomy (I know I butchered that).  I was freaked, he was wonderful.  Now, we're grateful.

Thanks.
