	Bismillah irrahman irrahim Assalamu Alaikum, When you publicly demonstrate this way that such and such people should be banned, you are breaking the rules yourself. The best way would be to get your message across by using the "report button," so as to bring the matter to the attention of moderators/ administrators. Think for a while. What if what you are saying is wrong? What if someone else alleges you in this manner? In that case you have already damaged the reputation of someone in a public domain. Would you or anyone want that for themselves? There is no point to commit another wrong to fix one at hand. Isn't it? We are also taking the necessary measures so please be patient with us. Wassalam
